Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, selected service, optional Telegram details and message you provide, together with your confirmation of the privacy notice. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested services. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in your message.
Contact-form submissions are sent to our Google Apps Script endpoint when you submit the form. If you choose an email, WhatsApp or Telegram link instead, your communication is handled by the service you select under its own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and browser storage
This version of our website has no configured analytics, advertising pixels or session-replay tools. The privacy notice stores your choice in your browser under codeupp:privacy:v1. It records the choice, notice version and time saved, with analytics and marketing set to off. The notice treats this record as expired after 180 days and asks again. It is not sent to an analytics service.
Accept and Necessary only both leave optional tracking off because no optional tracking is currently in use. You can reopen the notice using Cookie settings in the footer. Clearing your browser storage removes the saved choice. If your browser blocks storage, the notice may appear again on a later visit. A future tracking integration would need an updated notice and a separate choice; accepting this notice does not authorise it.
The site framework may use session storage to restore your scroll position during navigation. This supports navigation rather than advertising or audience measurement.
External services and technical requests
The website requests its fonts from Google Fonts. These requests disclose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser request headers, to the font service. They are separate from analytics or advertising cookies. See Google Fonts privacy information.
The homepage uses Spline software to display a 3D scene hosted with the website. Runtime assets needed to render the scene may be requested from external infrastructure. Website hosting and asset providers receive technical requests needed to deliver pages and files. A privacy preference does not prevent those ordinary requests.
Development or editor previews can include diagnostic reporting to Lovable when an error occurs. This is separate from visitor marketing analytics and may include the error message, stack trace and route. The public application does not install a Lovable analytics tracker through this reporting helper.
Other websites
Links to our marketplace, IndexHeaven, social networks and other external websites take you to separate services. Their storage, tracking and privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Choices on this website do not control those services.
Privacy enquiries and requests
You can contact contact@codeupp.xyz to ask about information you have provided or request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Include enough context for us to locate your enquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents unless a suitable verification process has been agreed.
